The only personal data collected through this website is information you voluntarily provide when using the contact form or sending an email enquiry. When you press submit on the contact form, this data comes straight to my secure business email address. This typically includes: Your name,Your email address, Your phone number and Any brief details regarding your initial counselling enquiry

3. How Your Information is Used & Received

Any details you submit via the website contact form are sent straight to my secure, password-protected business email account hosted by Fasthosts. These details are processed under the lawful basis of Legitimate Interests and are used strictly to, Respond directly to your initial counselling enquiry, arrange or reschedule your initial consultation or booking.I will never sell, distribute, or share your contact details with third parties, nor will they ever be used for marketing purposes.

4. Data Security & Deletion Website Hosting

This website is hosted by Netlify its integrated email services are securely hosted by Fasthosts Internet Limited within UK-based data centres.

No Booking

If you decide not to move forward with counselling after your initial enquiry, all emails,messages, and phone logs will be permanently deleted immediately.

Proceeding to Therapy

If we work together, these details form part of your standard client administrative file (governed by a separate, full GDPR form provided to you before our first session). Temporary message chains or text logs on my business phone are permanently deleted 3 months after our final session.

5. Your Online Rights & Complaints Procedure

Under the law, you have the right to request a copy of any digital data you have submitted, ask for it to be corrected, or request its complete erasure from my communication systems.

Data Complaints

If you have any concerns regarding how your data is handled via this website, you have the right to lodge a formal complaint with me directly. In line with UK legal updates, I will formally acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and provide a full resolution without undue delay. You also retain the right to escalate any issues to the ICO.
